Prep time 5mins Bake time 20 min

Makes about 3 cups

8oz low fat cream cheese softened 

1/2 cup low fat blue cheese crumbles

1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce

2 cups of cooked chicken diced (i use left overs or the Perdue’s short cuts chicken strips, diced up)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl,  transfer to a pie plate

Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Until hot & bubbly. Stir & serve with cut up carrots, celery, tortilla chips, gluten free crackers & gluten free pretzels
