The Lawyer for the Richard Charbonneau Revocable Trust presented their plan for a new residential development at 457 Charles Bancroft Highway at the Zoning Board meeting Tuesday evening. The Trust was looking to obtain Variances for construction of 18 multi-family units including 3 apartment buildings housing 6 units each and 3 separate garage units. After deliberation the first variance was denied with a 4-0 vote. The second variance was moot.
Zoning for that area is not for residential use. The Trust has the right to appeal.
