The Litchfield Planning Board met this week. Part of the agenda was to review current zoning laws to see if the town wanted to limit future commercial development by reducing allowed warehouse sizes. With a 2 million sq. ft. facility set to be built in Hudson the board felt it was time to look at some of the zoning statutes. Some of which were made in preparing for the the now defunct Circumferential Highway Project over 30 years ago.
